Mimolette is a firm, pasteurized cow's milk cheese from France. Aged for 18 months, these 7-ounce precut wedges have a strong but mild, fruity and nutty flavor with slight caramel notes. It has a bright, orange interior. Can be grated on top of foods or served as a snack with beer.
